Recommended usage: 

Vape as you normally would but hold the vapour in your lungs for slightly longer (up to 15 seconds) to help CBD uptake. If you haven’t used CBD before, it may be helpful to start off with small quantities and see how you feel. The effects of CBD can sometimes be quite immediate but for some people it can take longer. If you notice your CBD E Liquid becoming cloudy or forming crystals, don’t worry! This is a natural phenomenon.

We would recommend using our CBD e-liquid with a plus-ohm coil/device (above 1.0Ω) at a low wattage (around 10-20w). That’s because the higher proportion of PG means the liquid is thinner than average. With that said, you can use this liquid with a sub-ohm device, but keep in mind it’ll give you a much stronger throat hit and your coils won’t last as long.
